Horrible experience renting my first apartment through Re/Max. Terrible communication and long response times. After having dirty water leak through my ceiling from the bathroom into my kitchen for the third time, I waited a business week for a reply and a total of 5 weeks for maintenance to be scheduled to come. Just had my family member call the broker to ask questions and the broker not only was rude but hung up on us.
Does not, under any circumstances, return phone calls or emails.
