I’m posting this review specifically about my past dealings with MOHAMMED “MUSTAFA” ZIA (aka MUSTAFA ZIA), who operates out of this office. Public Record – RECO Discipline (2022): According to the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), Mr. Zia was the subject of a Discipline Hearing (decision released February 23, 2022), which led to a $20,000 fine and mandatory ethics courses. Very unprofessional with the agents as well with the clients, they are very greedy and not care about their own agents.
They don't have professional service. All they want is commission from us.
Had a very poor experience with Mr Mustafa Zia. Very unprofessional and predatory. Would never recommend doing any inkling of business with these guys. As a Pakistani, I am disappointed..
