In October of 1999, two RE/MAX agents, Delio Oliveira and David Medeiros, opened their first real estate office with 20 salespeople. By 2002 they converted their 75 agent office to the RE/MAX brand. Fifteen years later, with heavy recruiting, a couple of start-up locations, and a few acquisitions, they have built RE/MAX Real Estate Centre to 16 locations with nearly 680+ associates.
