I’m posting this review specifically about my past dealings with MOHAMMED “MUSTAFA” ZIA (aka MUSTAFA ZIA), who operates out of this office. Public Record – RECO Discipline (2022): According to the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), Mr. Zia was the subject of a Discipline Hearing (decision released February 23, 2022), which led to a $20,000 fine and mandatory ethics courses. Very unprofessional with the agents as well with the clients, they are very greedy and not care about their own agents.
They don't have professional service. All they want is commission from us.
I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience with Mr. Zia. He approached me in a manner that felt highly inappropriate, particularly given that he is married. This raised serious concerns about his overall trustworthiness. He also attempted to sell real estate to my grandmother, but after a bit of research, I found that he has a concerning “RECO” history. real-estate council of Ontario. Based on everything I cannot recommend him and i am not surprised that others are speaking up.
