Elderly relatives decided to work with this brokerage. From the get go, encouraging them to sign documents without explanation, listing errors, lack of communication and an unwillingness to follow their wishes. Worst company to get to handle your real estate business. Make you sign contracts under pressure without explanation. Who includes a buyer representation agreement form in the middle of bidding and signing a documents of purchase? Only Rita and her company will do such. Rude and condecending to their clients. Even when they know, they have not represented you properly, they hold you hostage so you can't buy or self with any other agent. When you call they don't return your call. Avoid this company at all cost.
