We made the mistake of signing with Ruth Armstrong . Her contracts are almost a year. We met her in May, she FINALLY listed our house June 18 2024. She guided us in the totally wrong direction. Tricked us by making errors on the contract and not mentioning we were stuck with her from June 2024 to December 31 2024 and 120 day hold over til April 30 2025. She didn’t have a single inquiry on our property.She told my neighbour to F off. I have video from ring doorbell. She acted unprofessional at open house. She lied tried to sa... read more
