I would HIGHLY recommend Noel Mortimer. He was very knowledgeable, very patient and understanding during our whole buying process. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Noel. We will tell everyone about him.
I would highly recommend avoiding Noel Mortimer at all cost. This man has extreme anger issues and as a women I would never want to be at a showing or anywhere alone with him.
Stop using FOMO to deceive people. "Buy now, before prices climb again" Try conducting yourselves with a little integrity for a change.

We made the mistake of signing with Ruth Armstrong . Her contracts are almost a year. We met her in May, she FINALLY listed our house June 18 2024. She guided us in the totally wrong direction. Tricked us by making errors on the contract and not mentioning we were stuck with her from June 2024 to December 31 2024 and 120 day hold over til April 30 2025.
