My realtor was secretly trying to start an affair with my husband agtee showing ** multiple homes together and knowing he was taken. I have texts, videos and even apologies from her saying she didnt know we were together which makes literally no sense at all. Ive emailed remax and gotten no reply.
I received a call from this number from some stating they are from remax and we spoke before. They wanted to know if I was interested in selling my home. I said no, They said are you keeping it forever, then I hung up. Very unprofessional.
I have been receiving multiple calls from random numbers all pointing to RE/MAX.com and related business names from my caller ID. They will not stop calling me for some reason. Their no one to report them about their spamming of calling me personal number each time and I would say they are shady if they continue to do this for someone that never signed up for their services or agreed to be harass by their system. I just purchased my home through the VA. I was assigned Mrs. *************************** of REMAX in ******, *******. Once she pressured me into signing her as my agent, she did not assist me in searching for homes, nor did she show me any houses. When I decided to go through another agent, she went to my lender, call me on three way, and reminded me of my obligation to her as my agent. This company should not be allowed to operate a business in the US or anywhere. Lying to steal a homebuyers discount is not legitimate business. It is fraud. When a seller lowers a price, it is not for a greedy realtor. Re/Max basically stood by their realtor, ***********************, as she engaged in deceptive dealings and was incompetent in her dealings with me, her client. Kasha's brokerage defended her bad bahaviour, which included lying to her clients, misleading and omitting information, and being rude. Re/Max responded that Kasha acted within her duties, which scares me that such behaviour is accepted at Re/Max.
I'm writing this on behalf of a friend who is fearful of saying anything against anybody. Beware of Meredith Exum of Re/Max in Ventnor NJ. She is a predator. She badgered my friend, a newly bereaved widow, into selling her house. She kept on pressuring her until my friend finally caved. This incompetent agent came to my friend. Susan Jubilee of Team Jubilee Remax Realty provided horrible customer service regarding the end of our lease. The short story is that Team Jubilee does not communicate regarding lease renewal and then tries everything they can to charge extra fees. We rented a home and signed a 1 year lease (we were offered a 2 year lease but we’re up front about our buying a home and leaving in a year) and when the date came up we notified them of our intent to move.
