Alan did a great job selling my dad's house. It's a quirky property, and I was worried that it would be on the market a long time or go for a huge discount. But he was able to find an excited buyer quickly and the sale went through without a hitch. He required a minimal amount of work from my father, which was nice. STAY AWAY..BUYER BEWARE...ALAN YANOFSKY AND SCOTT ODONNELL ARE CROOKS THEY KEPT MY DEPOSIT AND WOULD NOT EXTEND OUR CLOSING DATES DUE TO FAULTS MADE BY EXIT MORTGAGE AND PROSPECT MORTGAGE/ HOME BRIDE...BE PREPARED TO USE A LAWYER TO BABY SIT THESE CROOKS!!!!! THEY OWE ME ALMOST 7K!!!!!
