Pam Popat (with her partner, Pat Lopez) was the selling agent for our Sparta, Lake Mohawk, NJ home. Even though our Buyer was demanding and unreasonable (even Buyer's closing attorney communicated this to our attorney), Pam worked hard to get us to fulfill Buyer's every whim. For example, we had a custom-made built-in workshop in our garage which Buyer wanted gone.
