Bonjour, j`ai acheter une maison juin 2023 dont M. Étienne Brunet RE Max Platine Brossard était l agent inscripteur et sur sa fiche était inscrit (accès au lac), mais il n`y en avait pas. Je suis en démarche judiciaire depuis ce temps qui me cause beaucoup de maux de tête et sans aucun retour de sa part.Il avait même perdu mes clés de maison dont j`ai du changer mes serrures qui m`a jamais payé. S.V.P. soigné vigilant avec cet agent.
A complete and utter nightmare. First of all not only did they not sell my property they sold a piece of land and increases the fee % by lying about the Docusign. Now they are holding me hostage 7 mths later by refusing to return the funds owed to me. Agents Jessika Simposin and Samantha Gelsaint but it’s the entire brokerage including the leader of Remax Quebec. This was a 1M property priced with absolute caution,

Had a very awful experience with an agent by the name of Dragos Guzun. He took it upon himself to make fun of my disabled fiancée online, and he proudly promotes this company online. He made fun of his looks which I find offensive and also believe it represents this company poorly. Please find images attached
