Sent me a pre-approval for a rental and then ghosted me. I have sent followups every couple days for weeks now. Tried calling, texting, and messaging on zillow. If we did not qualify (we make almost 100k a year and rent was only 1200 so dont see how thats possible) it takes 10 seconds to communicate that.
