When I started using Aaron things seemed prefect. He was responsive, helpful and answered all my questions. He fell short when putting in a offer on a condo I wanted to purchase. The first step should have been to call my mortgage company for approval. This was not done the offer sent was rushed and over priced. He thought by over inflating the price of the house it would help when getting closing help. Because of this the payments where to high for me to afford, and I lost the listing.
