We recently made an offer on 9 Douglas Street through RE/MAX Nambour, and it wasn’t a great experience. Our offer didn’t seem to be taken seriously, even though it was only 10k under the asking price. There wasn’t much transparency around the supposed competing offers, no multi-offer form was provided, and both Garren and Tristan came across as a bit cagey (more than just protecting the seller’s interests) In the end, we pulled our offer and purchased another property instead, which we’ve now gone unconditional on.
