We spoke to 3 potential agents & chose Wes Botha from Re-Max as he was the most personable and presented the best. There was one agent low-balled the expected selling price & the others were very close. We had done work to ensure the house presented well and it was ready to go to market. Wes got the photos done quickly and marketed the property at the right price to attract several buyers to the one open.
