Bit of a nasty experience dealing with Senior Property Manager, Tanith Vidler, this morning. 10/10/2025. 2/4-6 Hocking St, Nambour, Qld 4560. 2 bed unit for $520 / week. There are no interconnected photo electric smoke alarms fitted in this property as per Queensland Legislation. She aggressively insists they are already fitted. This property is a fire trap until the correct interconnected photo electric smoke alarms are fitted and are certified as being up to code.
Wesley was absolutely fantastic to deal with as first time buyers who weren’t exactly sure of the process. He never pushed and was always easy to communicate with! We really appreciated his time, expertise and genuine ability to make us feel comfortable and informed!

Posting on behalf of My friend, she was dealing with this group and honestly what they been through is ridiculous Poor responses, dont reply to messages until multiple messages sent. Take a offer have the offer accepted , and the buyers get excited and then the agent won't even try and help the buyers with negotiating with the current tenants to move earlier so now property lost. she even raised the concern with the principle of the company only to be told that the agents are scared to negotiate with tenants and he wasn't go... read more
