Unprofessional staff, rude and condescending. Left messages to be contacted for months. When I finally get a hold of the property manager, they deny ever receiving any messages. I watched the lady at the desk write it down and take it your desk. I would not trust them for property management at all, let alone use them to buy or sell your property. Horrifying experience. Ignored every instruction. Ignored my minimum acceptance. Ignored my request to cancel the open home due to a family member suddenly becoming seriously ill. I was harassed and coerced while my family member was taking her last breath in palliative care. Straight after being told of the passing, I was called and asked for my washing machine and dryer.
