bsolutely the worst real estate company I’ve ever dealt with. Both their selling and rental sides are a disaster. I bought my place 4 months ago and I’m still waiting for the water plan they promised. They even handed me a fake inspection letter and pressured me to rent out the property before the owner had even moved out.
