Find an agent that goes far over & beyond his “job”. An agent that is professional yet down to earth friendly, assertive yet approachable, driven but never pushy. An agent that is open to fees negotiations & actually listens to your needs and wants. You can either keep looking or rest assured know that we have left no stone unturned in our search for the BEST GC & beyond agent and take our not only word for it but also our record time & price too for this sale among the few that we transacted.
Always helpful and trustworthy. There are many agents to choose from in the area but we were very pleased we chose Danny. He was lways helpful, knowledgable and friendly and was always on hand to answer our questions. Due to our circumstances we had lots of special requests and Danny was always available to offer help and solutions. We wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Danny to others.
Re: ANDREW HICKEY Even before the process began I thought well of Andrew due to his up-to-date local (and specific) knowledge re future planning etc. Since then I’ve also learned he is a man of integrity: he is upfront and doesn’t rely on spiels - what you see is what you get. And that is: amicable and trustworthy representation. Very impressed with his regular updates re open house results, private viewings and feedback.
