If you want to work with unscrupulous people, work with this company. In my opinion, these people are crooks and look out for their best interests. So Ms. Chacon was a dual agent for a deal that we had. Ms. Chacon told me a price on the phone and then when I got to the place, it was a different price. Working with RE/MAX properties select was great. We sold our home in less than 10 days after listing it and saved thousands. The process was incredibly easy. Great company! Service was wonderful! Will use them again! If my friends or family are looking to buy/sell a house, I would not hesitate to recommend this company! Thank you for everything !

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This office, and their manager, is incompetent. They had my mother's co-op apt listed for 1 year and was unable to sell it because the realtor, Allan Fierstein, priced it way to high - no other apts sold for anything close to that asking price historically. He convinced my mother to price it high with an 8% listing (which even our attorney said he has NEVER seen), and did ZERO marketing of her unit - no advertising, no flyers, nothing.
