Sheri Blakesley ruined my first home buying experience. She allowed a third-party to hire a contractor to work on my home that she never even spoke to (She admitted that to me)! The guy ended up stealing money and never even completed the job- this job was agreed to be done as part of the closing. I guess her paycheck from the sell of my house was not enough for her to give me the basic respect that she shows everyone else. It literally takes nothing to be kind/ help someone and take accountability when you are wrong.
If I saw this agency on a listing, I would run the other way. Especially, if Sheri Blakesley is involved. She will hire contractors to work on your home that she has never spoken to, nor vetted. She will also make decisions on the work being done without your knowledge. I attempted to find a way to resolve the issues but she took no accountability and expressed the emotional intelligence of a doorknob. Would give 0 stars if I could.

If I saw this agency on a listing, I would run the other way. Especially if Realtor Sheri Blakesley and Broker Tony Clement are involved. Sheri hired contractors to work on my home prior to my purchase and ALL of the work was done incorrectly and poorly. Furthermore, she made decisions on work being done on my home without contacting me, or my realtor.
