Always professional, always has excellent resources for additional advice regarding repair needs regardless of selling or purchasing. Is never afraid to research something if she’s not completely sure of information bring given. There were several issues with House we wanted and she kept us in loop constantly as to how things were progressing. We couldn’t have had a better experience.
Sent TWO interested parties to Tammy to see my house. She did not respond to either party in a timely fashion (over 24 hours on one person and several hours on the other). Did not post my house on this page until it had been over a month and I questioned her on why it wasn't posted. Will not refer anyone else to Tammy. I had read some bad reviews on her previously saying that she only cared about working for the buyer not the seller.

Susan I’m sorry you feel this way about me. I’ve been selling homes for almost 15 years and take such pride in helping buyers and sellers. 95% of my business is repeat or referral. I strive to give each client excellent service. Part of that is making sure a buyer is pre-qualified for a loan before showing them a property and making sure they are not already working with another Realtor as I abide by a code of ethics.
