It's actually a zero. Stephanie Cantrell doesn't have things properly done before placing land for sale. Been waiting 4 months already. She doesn't have things signed off on the property from previous land owners. Now people are refusing to sign off on an easement that is needed to access the land. We will be taking legal action if this isn't resolved soon to get back money that we have already put into the land to get it ready for our home as well as any money that she has received. Ridiculous and very unprofessional!
