The broker of this company sets a bad example. I called about buying a property near Chama. He sent a few MLS listings, but did not follow through on other items he was going to send. It has now been a week and no follow up. AND, pretty sure I heard him snort at one point in our conversation. Rude person. Sadly, as we look at him as being representative of people in the area, we are now no longer interested in relocating there. Lost sale for somebody.
