I had a bad experience with Jaqui Mercado, a very irresponsible person. She plays with your time, never answers calls and doesn't sell your property. The person at the reception classified her as racist and never did anything to resolve the problems I had with realtor Jaqui Mercado. I don't recommend them

Tried to apply for a 2 br 2 bath . I called to see how much the application fee was . She told me 50$ & then told me I needed to bring 500$ for a deposit before even being approved & if I wasn’t approved . I could take my money order back to stripes and cash it out . I called stripes & they told me they don’t cash money orders but they do money orders . So she just flat out lied
