Be careful with this broker... they engage in spamming people with phone calls on expired listings to solicit business, which is a violation of the code of conduct with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. They'll call and call and call and call until you answer the phone. The licensed salesperson who violated the ADRE code of conduct was Debbie Engler.
