I saw Kathy’s web page, it said she loved to work nights and weekends, it was 7PM so I thought, let’s see if that’s true. It was, I have closed 9 properties with her over the years. First, it was land, then Multifamily units, and the latest being my retirement home. She is hands down, the best realtor I have ever worked with. She always goes the extra mile. She’s honest and has an extensive knowledge of the area. If you’re buying or selling property in the Kingman area do yourself a favor and call Kathy!

Kathy provided excellent service and expertise in the sale of my Arizona home. I have sold many properties and never experienced a realtor of her caliber and work ethic. The house needed a lot of repairs in which Kathy did many of them herself. Even pulling weeds in the front yard! This saved time and money. Also, her responsiveness and communication was excellent.
