I purchased a house in Bullhead City AZ in December 2021. It has not been a pleasant experience. I purchased the home and have had nothing but problems with it so far. It is definitely expected to deal with repairs of an older home. It is not expected however, to be paying thousands and thousands of dollars for things that a Remax real estate agent listed falsely.
