This is the most unprofessional company in all of Louisville, they won't return calls nor do they do what they claim.....agent didn't show for agreed upon appointment. Canceled the contract on my house because of their incompetence and had an offer three days. Now they refuse to return our money three weeks after the purchase contract on another house expired !!!! Crooks and liars, filed a complaint with the board of realtors and they weren't surprised by the complaint.
What started as just a viewing, lead to Kendra Bishop becoming my realtor that day. When I say I have had the best experience with buying my home. She left no question marks to be answered during the process. Just closed on a house with Kendra Bishop and couldn't be happier! She was so on top on the process, she made buying my first home so much easier than I was expecting. Would recommend her to any of my friends looking for a home in the Louisville area.
