Got absolutely hosed on a home purchase where the seller completely took advantage of our goodwill... Much of the issues with the home were not disclosed to us so we didn't know until we were inhaling gas fumes from the AC/Heat system failing that the owner had looked into HVAC repair but cancelled inspection before listing the property.
Dairon Lopez is terrible with business. I have canceled my home to be sold with Re/max and now for a month I’ve been waiting for him to send me cancellation papers. He and Jay Pitts continue to schedule appointments on my property. My tenant are being harassed And Dairon won’t be man enough to answer my calls or texts… all I asked was for my property to be removed from there site. I have called the office multiple times. Becca Bottomly was cordial working through repair request when we was buying and in transaction with this company. However, they didn’t honor our repair request on getting a professional licensed plumber and they did not. Now we have leaking and broken lines in our house and are told it’s on us now. This is NOT okay!
