One thing to consider... They'll ignore you if you're the buyer of their listed property and need something from them. Contacted agent and head office for broker of record and got nothing. House seller ended up not completing some tasks before closing and now I have to deal with it. I wouldn't hire them as my own agent with that type of professionalism. Who knows what they'll do if, God forbid, you ask for something simple.
VASANTHAN THURAIRASA, is my daughter in laws landlord who has not paid the rental apartments hydro, and they have had no electricity for 4 days. He doesn’t return calls or care that all the food has gone bad, I wouldn’t trust anything he says, think twice before dealing with him!!!
