The landlord is amazing; so nice! The units are great! The owner of the property has done a great job painting, roofing, and keeping the properties safe, up to code, and beautiful. My boyfriend loves renting from this place. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the “maintenance” man, Kenny is awful! We put in a work order back in February because the bathroom floor was falling in and it’s June now and the project still isn’t finished.
