I am writing this email in response to the written testimonial requested. I worked with Brenda Garcia purchasing a newly built home by DR Horton. The experience overall was less than satisfactory. While looking at houses, my request for the types and costs of houses was not met in the first viewings. When I finally chose the house I wanted, she was not present during part of the negotiations, and as a final result today from my home purchase, she did not negotiate correctly the property tax payment as I requested. Yvonne Kall= BAD news, San Antonio avoid her. I have never received such terrible service. Her attitude can be described as very childlike, quite embarrassing for her to be acting the way she does, especially at this age.
