Tim did an amazing job helping me get the house of my dreams. He negotiated a price so much lower than I ever expected. He put me in contact with contractors to fix the roof, windows electrical. He knows everyone so I got quick service at a fair price and everything was done correctly. He is 1000% the best agent out there. I could not have done it without him.
Tim took excellent care of us, guiding us through the home buying process and market. He was very attentive to our needs and wants, helping us find a wonderful home that we have been in for almost a year now in a terrific neighborhood. He was both patient with us as we sorted through what our priorities in a home were, and a proactive advocate in dealing with inspections, negotiations, and the whole process. I cannot give a higher recommendation.
Agent was highly professional and worked through many details and obstacles to get the sale transaction completed. He really went over and above what we would have expected. Would definitely recommend Tim and will use him again when we move.
Tim is amazing! He was so patient with us during our 1+ year process as we house hunted. Tim would only show us homes that matched our "must haves," and never pushed us onto a home we were not 110% comfortable with.
