Fast and Easy closing on a house sale. Parked on the street in front of the office.
As a Property Manager, I thought that I seen the last of the unprofessionalism and inattentive to their tenants and needs. What company take over a property once a owner purchase it and then try to evict tenant without having their ducks in around (Re/Max), Who ever this Chris (Female) filed an eviction on me went to the hearing got a continuance because I had to bring my previous property manager in to testify about the "Rent Concession Addendum" then for them to dismiss the case. I recently asked Chris Teeter with RE/MAX Preferred Group to look for a house for my daughter while shes was at school. While Chris found us a house and we made an offer, we were not the winning bid.
