I reached out regarding one of their listed properties in St Pete Beach and got such a unnecessarily rude response back from Matthew Bayliss. Not sure what his problem is but I would avoid working with such a snarky, condescending, rude individual. I went out of my way to write this since I asked a simple question about availability and didnt feel like I deserved the response I got. I understand he may have a miserable life but dont take it out on innocent people.
You expect your real estate agents to have top-notch customer service skills and be able to manage all the little things when it comes to buying homes. When it comes to this team, hire elsewhere. We moved from out of state and depended on them to be the eyes and ears, look out for our interests, and ensure things were in order when we moved.
