I hired them to manage my property and it was a nightmare. I don't know how they screen these animals that was in my property. These people tore up the property before they were evicted. No pictures of house inspection every 6 months. Two dogs were on the property and we said no pets. More than three people in the house. Beware don't used them. My husband and I are a first time buyers and we are very excited about the decision we made. Now this place was our first stop. I didnt stay there not even two seconds why. Because the girl in front desk. My husband was asking her question and she rolled her eyes and made a face. Now listen I will never in a millions year look at a person this way if it comes to bussiness. I will never recommend this place to nobody I know. I been living in Ponciana for 17 years. And im glad im not buying a house with this company.
