The worst most expensive mistake we have ever made. We hired Maggie Mc******* out of the RE/MAX Pearland- Pearland Home Team and she represented the seller and us. She screwed both of us. She talked them into hiring her contractor who was an ILLEGAL contractor. Since we have lived in our home 3 years now we have had 2 electrical fires in the walls, the staircase collapsed (covered with carpet so we had no idea it was unsafe), the main line was shot (they lied when I asked and said it wasn't) and it flooded my home with SEWER... read more
