This guy is not honest and trustworthy Buyer and Buyer agents be aware of this guy when you are dealing with him make sure before submitting an offer ask him all terms otherwise you will waste your time and energy and look bad in front of your buyer clients. His strategies are first to negotiate the highest price and when both parties are agreed at one price then he says submit new offer with new price and all required documents again and seller is traveling and will sign in 5 days.
