I would never use this agency again. The agents misrepresented many things when buying our house from them. The two brothers who work their told us it was them who was the brokers. When it wasn't them at all. It's owned by a lawyer. They told us to do stuff until it sold. Then left is holding the bag for lots of wrong things and costing us more money in the end.
