they were unable to sell my house. I did all the upgrades they asked me too the home to help with the sale. they didn't even obtain one offer. I requested to be let out of it contract since the realtor stated at this point it won't sell until the spring. I was told I could buy my way out of my contract which is ridiculous since this agency wasn't about to sell my house anyway. I wish they had more creativity so they would have been able to sell my home. I suggest anyone looking to sell their home not get into a 6 month contr... read more
