If you want updates and want to be in the loop of one of the biggest decisions in your life, I'd suggest staying away from Remax on the Move. Here is our experience in a nutshell. We got zero feedback on showings unless we reached out and asked for it and sometimes we just received " I can't make them fill it out". Kind of shocking that this isn't an industry standard. OR...how about being proactive and reaching out the family and letting them know that you've sent the buying agent an email and just waiting on a response. If... read more
