Extremely stressful experience. I was selling my house and the closing date on the P&S was set on a Saturday, which made attempting to align (same day) the closing of this house and the purchase of a new house more difficult. After constant pleading to change the date to either a Friday or Monday, the date was not change or at least not to my knowledge it wasn't. This made the overall experience EXTREMELY stressful. The house was finally sold and would you believe it, I was asked to come in on a Friday to close the deal.
We had this idea to go to random open houses to find a realtor. We met Lisa Barbary who was covering for someone. You could tell she really liked houses and helping people find the right place to live. Lisa was the best choice for us. She's also very friendly, fun, and always quick to respond. She works hard, and has worked with us on numerous sales and bids over the past 6 years. The rest of the team is great, too!
