BEWARE of apartments managed by Remax! Horrible communication with the landlord even with a major issue of no heat. Took over 2 weeks to get an actual heating contractor Finally got released from the lease after the heating contractor determined major problems. The apartment listed for rent before moved out, no way all the problems could be fixed. Also gas stove burners not labeled properly and electrical outlets not working and not able to be fixed. Had a great experience with our realtor at REMAX on the Bay - she was a relatively new realtor, but when she didn't know the answer to a question she was always able to find an answer for us. However, because she was new, the owner of the agency was the one who wrote out the contract when we put an offer on a house (she gets 5 stars, he gets 2 stars). Our experience with their agent Ron Donovan was very unpleasant. Ron had no problem stringing us along for weeks knowing his buyer had no capacity to buy.
We recently worked with Nina Beebe on selling a house. She worked hard and communicated effectively the entire time. I really don’t think she takes any days off and she communicated daily. She was patient with us and always made sure we were on task. She executed everything flawlessly. I would highly recommend Nina for any sale or purchase.
