Spencer Hoo of ReMax Omega will not return my $3300 and he represents RE/MAX OMEGA. Could someone please have him return my money. An uninhabitable rental property is a dwelling that violates the "implied warranty of habitability," meaning it has serious defects—such as no water, no heat, severe mold, or structural damage—that make it unsafe or unlivable for tenants.
