Linda is the worst property manager I have ever worked with in my life as a renter. I was appalled at the condition of the home after being rented through Remax. I truly want to warn not only tentants but property owners of the lack of professionalism and all around lack of consideration for what Remax is supposed to stand for. Absolutely the most unprofessional experience ever! I responded to an ad on Craigslist for a casita for rent. Linda responded here and there but when I asked to see the property I received no response. Sad thing I had six months rent money in hand the owner lost out over BAD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! Don’t waste your time with this company.
Renter Beware of this company. I rented a unit for 6 months and the service from REMAx is simply horrible. Did not matter what the issue was (leaky skylight, internet down, contractors making huge noise) REMAX was NO HELP. When you call for help with the property you are renting from REMAX, they will tell you "there is nothing we can do". This is a company only interested in collecting rent and nothing more. They suck ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I moved into a property that they managed on May 21st, told them on May 23rd stove/oven was broken, they came out May 30th to look at it. On June 7th they said the part to fix it could not be found because oven was to old, they would have to call owner to OK a new stove/oven. They ordered a new one, but when it came, July 5th it was the WRONG SIZE and would not fit the slot the oven set in.
