Colleen Cena is our Realtor and has been for five years. She has been so wonderful, sending us real estate information in Mt Shasta. Although we have dragged our feet, she has never rushed us and is always there to show us homes at a moment notice. Our plan to move to Mt Shasta this year is on target and I know Colleen and her office staff will be there with us every step of the way. Thank you Colleen and Remax!
Our family had to deal with Re/Max agent Beverly Shannon and it was not a good experience. We felt we were bullied at times,rushed,left in the dark to the last minute.Most wuestions asked,not answered.This being our 3rd property purchased,we do know what its like to have a great home buying experience.This was in no way,,pleasant.I dont know how the other agents at Re/Max conduct themselves,but If buying a property in the Mount Shasta area,I would not recommend Beverly Shannon.
