Wouldn't use again as a buyer. The seller misrepresented the condition of the property and when we discovered the defects in the spring we're told we have to take the seller to court on our own and out of our own money to get the lies remedied, things that you're trying to avoid when you hire a real estate agent in the first place. Scott Bradford has helped us search, review, and purchase 2 properties that we ended up buying. His advice and tireless energy has been invaluable. I hate to tell the world, but Scott will respond on his weekend, after work and late at night. But that is what helped us get great bargains that otherwise would have slipped away. My experience with buying a house with Remax has been incredible. I'm not sure how much is Remax and how much is my friend KG. KG has been so patient with me, teaching and educating me on each process. He knew right away what we were looking for. Not only is he good at his job but he's a brother in Christ. If you are looking for a house, ask for KG Motaung!
