Very rude encounter and unprofessional.
Luke was absolutely incredible helping us close on our home! There were many seller complications and delays outside of our control…Luke stuck with it to help us secure a VA assumption loan at 3.25% along with an assumable solar loan. Luke’s contacts and attention to detail got us to the finish line. This is my 5th real estate transaction with Luke! He’s a keeper and I’d highly recommend Luke for ANY real estate transaction!!!
Luke went the extra mile! Luke took time out of his busy schedule to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. He helped us find people to lay a new sidewalk, cut back tree branches, put on new gutters, and even went and bought a new rug for the porch!
Tough market, great agent! As first time home buyers we really had our work cut out for us in this tough market. Luke was exceptionally proactive, knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. He never gave up and in the end he helped us negotiate an excellent sale price on a great house.
Luke has always been available to answer questions about real estate - and he "jumps" and gets things done. He got a deal closed for us that nobody else could have managed. A fabulous professional, who offers a lot of helpful input in the Real Estate process.
