Kim and Austin are awesome! Very hard workers. Kim has so much knowledge, experience and connections. She has taught me a lot and continuing too. I highly recommend Kim and Austin! I am writing this review to counter the negative review on my agent Kim Schmidt and her company, Remax of Barrington, regarding selling my father’s home: during attorney review we received a second offer from someone who saw the home two weeks prior to the first offer being accepted. We did not solicit a new buyer. My agent is required by Illinois law, to present all offers. It is my decision as a seller whether to accept or reject. Austin was great! He was very knowledgeable about the listings he showed me and also quick to answer any questions I had. He provided a lot of resources and got all contracts and negotiations dealt with in very little time. I would definitely use him again!
