We went by Remax the other day to view a house. The house was lovely and a real option for us although we found roaches and one of the bathrooms had a sewage smell coming from it. upon returning to Remax we brought up with the Lady at the front desk, the issues with the house in hopes that it would be resolved before a tenant moves in. The woman who runs the front and answers the phones, all I got from her was that she had an assistant if she wasn’t available to give her paperwork. She told me “if Im not here, my assistant will bring me the paperwork”. It’s just sad because she makes a bad look for RE/MAX, I had the worst experience, she’s rude, she’s talks down at you, and laughs when you ask questions. I feel really bad about hearing that someone like her represents such a great company. DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH HER.
I currently rent from Remax the house. I’m in needs stucco repair due to damages caused by the maintenance man who installed the wrong air-conditioning unit as I’m supposed to have a swamp cooler hanging on chains to distribute the weight. Both my front and back door have no weatherstripping seal which means it’s not up to state code regulations. The owner suddenly thinks he doesn’t have to comply with state law NMSA 1978; 47-8-20. I don't like remax at all want us to pay 950 of October 1 who wants to pay that much n she doesn't give us deposit back at all so let us know I'm not going to pay at all Tina
