We worked with Beth Crabbe as she was recommended by our realtor from out of state. Beth kept pushing us to buy a house we really liked even though it required 10s of thousands of dollars to bring it up to a safe standard. She kept telling my wife and I “that’s how we do it here and that we just didn’t understand how real estate works here in Alamogordo.” Beth is the senior realtor at this location. I rent a great Apartment with awesome neighbors and, more importantly, an awesome landlord who actually genuinely cares about his tenants and the property. There's a real community vibe to it, and it's probably one of the best things about living in this area. The bad thing, unfortunately, is that their managing company, Remax, is super terrible to work with.
