What a great overall experience. Despite market conditions being pretty stagnant, Luis and his team did a wonderful job of promoting the property. Communication at all times was immediate, friendly, and professional. Most importantly, they worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth closing. We will definitely work with Luis and team again in the future if we have needs in the Miami marketplace.
