EDIT: Just setting the record straight, as RE/MAX’s response references a WA DOL investigation that was based on my complaint. For accuracy, the DOL’s written disposition states that the complaint "does not rise to the level to support formal administrative action." The DOL did not state there was "insufficient evidence supporting the claim(s)" as claimed in RE/MAX's response. I would not recommend this office for listing rental properties onto the market. Prospective tenants are not responded to and listing sits longer than is necessary. Transparency and timeliness are absolutely lacking here.
