Wrote a purchase agreement 10 months ago when it was listed on the market for $289000, got into a bidding war, and won for $311000. 2 months later we were told that the sellers were not moving. The purchase agreement was open ended, so we did not take back our escrow money. Over the next 8 months we were told over and over the sellers had no intention of moving.
