I also deal with Jenny Rose Trujillo as a property manager. She is very unprofessional. She never responds to issues in a timely manner or at all due to her being constantly"sick". I recently asked for a true 24 month lease, (I got a 21 month) and I was told no by both Jenny Rose and the manager, Jenny. I received an email from them stating the reason for a rent increase which was, on average, 2% every time I renew my lease. Dealt with them for a year paying rent everything fine. Had my place professionally cleaned and turned in everything the same and even better. Took about two months to get deposit back and lied about having a contractor come out to put in a screw for $115
